Service Overview

An air conditioner may stop cooling properly, fail to start, leak water, make unusual noises or develop electrical faults. Our AC Repair (Parts/Without Parts) service covers professional fault diagnosis and repair based on the condition of your AC and the work required. Our technician inspects the unit, identifies the problem and explains the recommended solution. If the issue can be resolved without replacing any parts, the repair is carried out within the agreed service scope. If a replacement part is required, the service covers the labour needed to remove the faulty component and install a compatible replacement. The listed service charge does not include the cost of replacement parts. Part prices vary depending on the AC brand, model, component specifications and availability. Any required parts and their separate costs will be discussed with you before replacement.

Service Included

• Inspection and diagnosis of the reported AC problem.
• Troubleshooting of cooling, electrical, drainage and operational faults, as applicable.
• Repair labour within the agreed service scope.
• Removal of faulty components and installation of compatible replacement parts, where required.
• Connection checks and functional testing after the repair.
• Explanation of the work completed and any further repair recommendations.

Service Excluded

• Purchase cost of replacement parts or components.
• Refrigerant or gas charging, if required.
• Additional materials or work outside the agreed repair scope.
• AC cleaning, installation, shifting or dismantling unless separately included in the booking.
• Applicable hanging and additional transportation charges.

Parts

Replacement parts are charged separately and are not included in the listed service price. The service includes the labour for fitting the required compatible part within the agreed repair scope. The exact part and its price can only be determined after diagnosis. Costs depend on the AC brand, model, part specifications and availability. Required replacements and their costs will be explained before proceeding, and replacement work will begin after your approval. If no replacement part is needed, no replacement-part cost will apply.

Components

Depending on the reported fault, the technician may inspect the PCB, control wiring, connectors, capacitors, sensors, fan motor, drainage system and other relevant components. Only the repair or replacement work agreed upon after diagnosis will be carried out.

Transportation

The technician visit for on-site diagnosis and repair is included in the service. Additional transportation charges may apply where required and will be communicated before proceeding. An AC hanging charge of BDT 400 applies if height access is required.

• A BDT 750 cancellation charge applies if the service is not availed after the technician’s visit.
• The service schedule may change due to technician availability, traffic or unavoidable circumstances.
