Quantity Discount: Scaled pricing allows corporate clients with larger active fleets to receive a reduced price per device.

Long-Term Discount: Contracts signed for commitments longer than 6 months unlock lower tier rates.

Applicability: High-performance Laptop & Desktop configurations designed for heavy corporate usage.

Minimum Commitment: Standardised minimum onboarding rental period is set to 1 month.

Scaled pricing rewards larger fleets and longer commitments, so the more your team grows, the less you pay per device, with higher generations and custom specs quotable on request.

  • Fully tested, imaged device ready for immediate deployment
  • Standard charger and, for desktops, keyboard & mouse
  • Free replacement for any hardware fault during the rental period
  • Basic OS setup and domain/account configuration on delivery
  • Doorstep delivery and pickup within Dhaka
  • Physical or liquid damage caused by mishandling
  • Software licences beyond the base operating system
  • External monitors, docking stations, or peripherals
  • Data migration or backup services
  • Custom hardware upgrades beyond the quoted configuration
  • Brand and model of the device will depend on stock availability
  • Standardised minimum onboarding rental period is set to 1 month
  • Quantity discount: larger active fleets receive a reduced price per device
  • Long-term discount: commitments longer than 6 months unlock the lower tier rate
  • Devices remain the property of 1000FiX throughout the rental term
  • Any physical damage, loss, or theft of the device must be compensated in full at replacement value
  • 7 working days notice is required before early termination
  • Monthly rental payment must be settled 100% in advance, before each billing cycle
  • A bank guarantee or valid credit card is required to avail this service
  • Accepted methods: bank transfer, bKash, or corporate cheque
  • Late payments may incur a 2% monthly service charge
  • First month rent plus security deposit due before dispatch
