  • Fully tested and sanitised device, ready for immediate deployment
  • Standard manufacturer accessories (charger and cable)
  • Free replacement for any hardware fault during the rental period
  • Basic device configuration and account setup on delivery
  • Doorstep delivery and pickup within Dhaka
  • Physical or liquid damage caused by mishandling
  • Data plans, SIM cards, or mobile network charges
  • Third-party apps, licences, or software subscriptions
  • Screen protectors, cases, or other cosmetic accessories
  • Device customisation beyond standard factory settings
  • Brand and model of the device will depend on stock availability
  • Minimum rental period is 1 month, billed in advance
  • Rentals beyond 6 months automatically move to the discounted long-term rate
  • A refundable security deposit is required, based on device configuration
  • Devices remain the property of 1000FiX throughout the rental term
  • Any physical damage, loss, or theft of the device must be compensated in full at replacement value
  • 7 working days notice is required before early termination
  • Monthly rental payment must be settled 100% in advance, before each billing cycle
  • A bank guarantee or valid credit card is required to avail this service
  • Accepted methods: bank transfer, bKash, or corporate cheque
  • Late payments may incur a 2% monthly service charge
  • First month rent plus security deposit due before dispatch
