Keep your office printing without the upfront cost of hardware, covering printers and plotters up to ৳50,000 in value on one straightforward monthly rate.

  • Delivery, installation, and network/driver setup
  • Free repair or replacement for hardware faults
  • Routine maintenance visit included in the monthly rate
  • Toner/ink cartridge guidance and sourcing support
  • Priority helpdesk support for corporate accounts
  • Consumables: toner, ink, drum units, and paper
  • Damage from unauthorised firmware changes or third-party parts
  • Network cabling or IT infrastructure beyond the printer itself
  • Print management software licences
  • Off-site relocation without prior notice
  • Brand and model of the device will depend on stock availability
  • Minimum rental of 1 month, billed in advance
  • Long-term rate applies automatically after 6 months
  • Unit remains 1000FiX property for the full rental term
  • Client is responsible for consumables and day-to-day care
  • Any physical damage, loss, or theft of the device must be compensated in full at replacement value
  • 5 working days notice required for early return
  • Monthly rental payment must be settled 100% in advance, before each billing cycle
  • A bank guarantee or valid credit card is required to avail this service
  • Accepted methods: bank transfer, bKash, or corporate cheque
  • Payment due within 7 days of invoice date
  • Deposit due before dispatch, refunded on device return
