  • Free repair or swap for any technical fault
  • One free reconfiguration if room layout changes mid-term
  • Priority on-site support for corporate accounts
  • HDMI cables, media players, or streaming devices
  • Cable, satellite, or content subscription charges
  • Damage from power surges without surge protection
  • Custom wall recesses or false-ceiling mounting work
  • Insurance for in-transit damage caused by client own logistics
  • Brand and model of the device will depend on stock availability
  • Minimum rental term of 1 month, billed monthly in advance
  • Rentals over 6 months qualify for the reduced long-term rate shown
  • Installation site must have stable power and a safe mounting wall
  • Units remain 1000FiX property; unauthorised repairs void the agreement
  • Any physical damage, loss, or theft of the device must be compensated in full at replacement value
  • 14 days notice required for bulk order cancellation
  • Monthly rental payment must be settled 100% in advance, before each billing cycle
  • A bank guarantee or valid credit card is required to avail this service
  • Accepted methods: bank transfer, bKash, or corporate cheque
  • Deposit equal to one month rent per unit, refundable at return
  • Bulk orders (5+ units) can request quarterly invoicing
